Our Policy

Since the full compatibility report is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following cases: if the report failed to generate due to a technical error, if you were charged multiple times for the same report, or if the report content is substantially incomplete or unreadable. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@adoru.app with your pair code and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
